Healthy Broccoli Salad Two Ways

  Most broccoli salads are really just a reason to eat mayonnaise by the spoonful. This one takes a different approach entirely. Healthy Broccoli Salad Two Ways builds a balsamic honey mustard base with local honey, Colman's dry mustard, and True Orange, then takes it two directions: a bright vegan vinaigrette with avocado oil, and a creamy low-cholesterol dressing made with Mountain High yogurt. The whole broccoli head goes in — florets and shredded stems — along with pepitas and organic dried cranberries. Serve both dressings on the side so leftovers stay crisp for up to three days.
